Explanation

TDK series crushers included in Jaw Adjusted IMPACT CRUSHERS break the medium and hard materials (limestone, dolomite, granite and basalt etc.) in asphalt and concrete aggregate size, ability to be fed with bulk material, cubic product, high reducing size, low investment and operation costs make this type of crushers the ideal secondary crushers in crushing and screening facilities.

Crusher body is made up of easily disassembled 5 main parts. Fixed lower body carrying the rotor and upper body on top. Upper body can be opened in such a way to reveal rotor and upper parts by revolving around a bobbing. Assembly and disassembly is simplified.
Stone entering the crusher hits the crushing components in the specially designed first section with the drive of rotor hammers and the first stage of the crushing occurs. In this part there is a high pressure and crushing power which is able to break the toughest material.

If the crushed material is in desired dimensions then it is moved to the second part. Bigger parts, which cannot make it to this part, are sent to the first area through the crushing components and stay in this part until they are in the desired size to exit to the second part. Material passing the second part goes through another crushing stage and reduced into smaller parts.

Later the material is moved to the third and the last section and final part of crushing occurs. Now the material is in its smallest parts.

1-FIRST ZONE PRIMARY CRUSHING ROOM
Material fed to the machine goes to Primary crushing room and collided to the crushing plates by rotor hammers.
  
2-GRINDING CRADLE (SECONDARY ZONE SECONDARY CRUSHING ROOM)
If the crushed material is in the desired dimensions it moves to the second zone. Bigger parts, which cannot make it to this part, are sent to the first area through the crushing components and stay in this part until they are in the desired size to exit to the second part. Material passing the second part goes through another crushing stage and reduced into smaller parts.
  
3-GRINDING WING (THIRD ZONE, TERTIARY CRUSHING ROOM)
Later the material is moved to the third and the last section and final part of crushing occurs. Now the material is in its smallest parts.
  
4-ROTOR
Rotor body has extremely durable construction. Rotor bearing is designed and manufactured from high quality pounded and processed with heat treatment. There are bearing ends on both sides of in order to use the belt frame on both sides of the crusher when necessary. Heavy duty bobbin rolled bearings are used for the rotor. Crushing palettes are extremely durable to cracking. Self centralized palettes and mounted horizontally on the rotor body through special canals and cotters.
  
5-6-BODY
Crusher body is designed as strong welded construction, which is made up of fixed lower and moving upper body. Upon releasing screws, upper moving part of the body can be opened and closed hydraulically.
  
7-SECONDARY ROOM ADJUSTMENT GROUP
Secondary room can easily be adjusted without grading in order to determine the distance between the crushing palettes and grinding plates thanks to hydraulic pistons.
  
8-TERTIARY ROOM ADJUSTMENT GROUP
Similarly the distance between the crushing palettes and grinding plates thanks to hydraulic group.
